The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) governs your access to and use of Potential Technology Inc.’s (“Potential AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) website and services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through potential.ai or any subdomain, whether as a guest or as a registered user (“Services”).
Potential AI is a story-driven pitch deck creation platform. We hope through our services, founders will improve their storytelling and growth, which will lead to positive business outcomes. However, managing a business and fundraising are inherently risky ventures, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Before using the Services in any way, please carefully read the following Terms. By using the Services for any purpose or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you are not allowed to use the Services.
We may modify, amend, supplement, or otherwise change the Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes will be effective as of the “Last Updated” date stated at the top of this page. Each time you access the Services, you consent to be bound by the most recently modified version of the Terms.

As you use the Services, you may upload business information, which may include your company name, industry, product roadmap; and your personal information which may include your name, email, personal history, and, written or recorded examples of you talking about your company, and other information related to your business (collectively “User Content”).
User Content may be processed or transmitted to third-party service providers, including OpenAI. Once those transmissions are made, the Company’s ability to delete or modify that transmitted data may be limited. Your rights and obligations will be subject to the terms of service and privacy policy of those third-party service providers, which you must accept to use our Services.
Potential AI has the right to refuse any User Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion and take any action with respect to User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that the User Content violates these Terms or threatens public safety.
